For non-urgent medical or administrative help, you can contact us using our online consultation tool. This service is open 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

When you submit an online request, it will be reviewed and our team will respond as soon as possible, but the time may depend on how busy we are and when you sent your request.

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll contact you to explain what will happen next. Sometimes, we may let you know that your request has been assessed and that we’ll be in touch the following day with more details about how it will be managed.

If the practice is closed, please contact:

NHS 111 for urgent advice, or your local Urgent Treatment Centre, or A&E / 999 in an emergency.
